Chapter 358: Awkward

The short time Medusa spent with the doppelganger was way more intense than the months many she spent with Uriel, or even the last couple weeks as a couple. It wasn't just the physical aspect, the impersonator behaved just how Medusa wanted Uriel to be: Open, intimate and vulnerable. The man who was standing in front of her now was anything but that, she could almost feel the emotional wall Uriel built to protect himself and the heavy contrast with the shapeshifting creature made her realize that no matter what she did, things will never be the same with Uriel.

"There's something I need to tell you," Uriel blurted out sending butterflies on Medusa's belly, though what followed wasn't what she expected. "put on some clothes please, I'm not made of steel!"
