Chapter 79: The Leader of Lanzt Family In the Shadow

The Gordons family patriarch quickly went to City Hall to ensure he answered the city lord on time. If all, he always wanted to leave a good impression.

But on getting there, he realized he was not the only one given an invite as he could see the patriarch of other clans and families waiting in the large hall waiting for the city lord.

He kept surveying everybody until his eyes landed on the person representing the Lanzt family.

And his pupils almost bulge out of their sockets.

"Who do we have here? It's old man Bailey," George Gordons said with telepathy, which connected to Bailey's plant after he got past his surprised emotion, and the man named Bailey turned in his direction, locating him instantly.

"Hmmm, so you still respect the elders, Gordons boy. I heard you shamed my son a few days after I was out of seclusion, " the old man Bailey said as he stroked his long beard.
