Chapter 20: Bianca
Alex, Kelly, Ember, and Blake stood in the middle of the desert, staring at the giant white tiger in front of them.
"A human being a master of the Black Monarch and Flame Monarch... how interesting," the tiger muttered, looking at Alex curiously.
"You said you wished to make a contract with me? Very well, human. I will give you a chance to prove yourself worthy of me being your subordinate," the tiger said.
"What's your test for me?" Alex asked.
"I'd like to see a display of the quality and quantity of your magical energy. If your magic is half-hearted, then this whole negotiation will fall through without a moment's consideration."
Alex thought about the tiger's words, then walked up to her and placed his hands on top of her head, channeling all of his magic power into her.
When God sent Alex and Touya to this world, he had granted them both an exceptional quantity of magic power reserves. But after practicing magic, Alex's reserves grew more and more, thanks to his super adaptability, which passively increased his magic quality and quantity while also granting him faster magic power recovery.
The white monarch commented on the ridiculous clarity of Alex's magical energy as he sent forth a torrent of magic power towards her, causing her to scream in pain.
"P-Please... wai... A-Any more and... aahhh...!" The beast roared more loudly, and Kelly, Ember, and Onyx all started to laugh.
"Please, I beg of... stop...!" the tiger screamed a final time before Alex finally stopped and looked at her, which was laying on the ground panting hard.
Alex then cast a recovery spell to help the tiger recover back to its previous healthy state.
"...so what do you think now white monarch am I worthy enough for you to become my subordinate?"
"Master Alexander Crown. By my judgment, there are none I have ever crossed paths with more suitable for the role of my master than you. I would be honored if you were to form a Master-Servant pact with me," the white monarch said.
"Please bestow a name upon me. That shall be the proof that seals the contract. It will also serve as a bond that allows me to exist freely in this realm," the tiger continued.
"Very well then, from now on, I shall name you...," Alex paused for a moment, contemplating a name. "Bianca. Your name shall be Bianca," he said, and the white monarch bowed her head in acceptance.
"Welcome to the team Bianca" Alex welcomed her to the team and asked her to change her form to a miniature version like others and explained her about his high energy reserves which allowed her and others to stay in the mortal realm.
The four of the beasts talked about themselves not before two voices joining them in the conversation.
"Oh I see you are doing well little Kitten" Celeste's voice rang out and Bianca who was talking with others froze while immediately turning back looking at the two dragons hovering in the air.
"You lizards! what are you both doing here?"
Bianca asked in surprise as she looked at the two dragon with annoyance.
"What are we doing here? We are here because our master summoned us here"
"Master..by any chance do you mean.."
"You guessed it right, Bianca" Before Celeste and Erica could speak Alex spoke and picked up the little white kitten in his arms.
"I am the master of the both, meet Celeste who is former Azure Monarch and Erica who was known as the Golden Monarch"
"What..when how?"
"Before you were summoned here Bianca, I asked both of them to hid since I came to know that you all aren't on good terms"
Bianca looked at Alex with wide eyes looking at him with betrayal as if he had done something very wrong.
Everyone laughed looking at the little kittens expression and the day ended with Alex becoming the master of all heavenly beasts.

As the days passed, the rebel camp had completed nearly all of the preparations necessary to begin their rebellion and had already started their movements.
Alex spent most of his time in the workshop, either learning about magi-tech or studying new spells from the books that Julian had provided him with.
Recalling the locations of the ruins, Alex summoned the kins of the monarch's and sent them to similar places to search for them.
Currently, Alex was inside the workshop, looking at a huge machine in front of him with a large grin on his face. This machine was his invention and could be considered a masterpiece in his eyes, and even in Regina's eyes if she were present.
"Well, let's begin. Rosetta, bring me the pistol and its copies," Alex said.
"Yessir!" Rosetta replied excitedly, and brought the requested items.
Alex walked towards the machine and pushed a button, which caused a drawer to open. He placed the original pistol that he had created, replicating modern firearms, in the drawer and closed it. Rosetta then placed the unenchanted copies of the gun in the opening and activated the machine.
The machine began to glow as magical energy was provided to it. One by one, it took in the copies of the gun and enchanted them.
From the other end of the opening, the guns came out, which Alex took in his hands and tested by firing them.
'Boom'
"Perfect!" Alex exclaimed, looking at the replicas of the pistol that had yet to be enchanted.
This was all possible due to his invention, the Enchanter. Using null magic spells that he had learned from the books Julian had provided him, Alex had created this machine.
As the name suggests, the Enchanter could enchant unenchanted items with spells, as long as a properly enchanted item was provided.
The workshop was a great place where almost anything could be created and mass-produced. However, the replicas could not be enchanted to be identical to the original.
Going through the books, Alex had found a few spells and came up with the idea of creating the Enchanter, which could be used to enchant mass-produced items at an incredible speed.
{A/N: Why didn't Regina come up with this? Null spells are personal and unique to each person, so it's difficult to record everything. Also, 5000 years ago, when Regina was alive, these spells had not yet been recorded.}
As Alex was busy admiring his creation, Amber flew towards him and landed on his shoulder.
"My Liege, I have a good news for you"
"A good news?"
"Yes my Liege, one of my kins have discovered the ruins which looked exactly liked you mentioned in a nation called Xenoahs"
'A ruin I'm Xenoahs? Isn't that the library?'
