Yet, this rotund creature audaciously had them embedded on its intricately woven golden outfit. 

More bewilderingly, these gems were mere adornments, without any activated properties. 

The sheer quantity of the energy gems on the garment was enough to leave one agape; they were densely arranged, creating an effect reminiscent of flowing light.
