Chapter 682: What kind of gain?

Elliana looked at the extended hand in front of her like it was something alien before she shifted her gaze to Sebastian's eyes looking at her hopefully.

It was true that she was hurt when he had said those words to her, but it didn't mean he didn't deserve a second chance.

Besides, it was just friendship, right? 

"Are you sure about it? I am a witch," Elliana said and the man looked at her resolutely, his gaze not wavering from her face.

He nodded his head.

"Positive," He said and Elliana hummed.

She stepped ahead and held his hand in hers, shaking it lightly.

"Friends, I guess," she whispered and Sebastian smiled behind the mask.

"So, do you want to go on a coffee date with me? To celebrate the new bond of friendship?" Sebastian asked and Elliana furrowed her brows at him. 

She looked hesitant at him. 

Wasn't he rushing a bit too much?

"But I have lectures ahead," Elliana said.
