"Elliana, don't panic. We will do something," Samantha felt bad for her friend who was in this position because of her.

No matter if the attackers were there for her or someone else, for some reason, she was the one getting targeted all the time.

Elliana smiled forcefully at Samantha to let her know everything was fine when the truth was- she hated it. She hated every minute of this vampire touching her hand, and the blade was making her feel dizzy now.

Her powers were calm because they understood she couldn't reveal her identity at the moment, but it didn't calm the turmoil in her heart.

She felt restless, and the only person she wanted to see now was her husband. She wanted him here. If she had known something like this would happen, she would have never sent him away.

If he had been here, none of these vampires would've dared to touch her.
