“The numbers of the scales are now at only fifty percent,” Aerin reported.

Maysa frowned while thinking.

Strange… Why did that whale intentionally spit these bombs out and dive back into the sand? Was it afraid of the collateral damage...?

“Captain, the weapons are on the move!!” Aerin said.

“Hold on, everyone,” Maysa shouted. “Lift the ship up at forty-five degrees. Prepare to use the main firearm. Every Nightingale cannon aims at the same target.”
