Chapter 11: Chapter 11: Discussion with family and warning the council
While he was sleeping the events of the meeting became well spread among the higher-ups of the underworld and shocked them, along with the news of him upgrading his bloodline was well spread and caused a huge commotion.
Devils who were naturally greedy, can't stop having unrealistic expectations of improving their bloodline. The Devil Pure-blood Council, which was already known for its arrogance didn't show any respect or face to the Phenex family and Maous and directly sent a messenger to the family to have Raiser present in the council today and obediently hand over the method, this caused Raiser to wake up sooner than his planned.
"As a pure-blooded devil, you have to hand over the method to improve the bloodline to the devil council today, if not you will be treated as a traitor and forcefully extract the method from you." the arrogant messenger said with a haughty tone.
"So, I have to come to the council and give my method to them, is that it?" Raiser asked with a blank look.
"Are you a birdbrain? It looks like the rumors are true, the Phenex decedents are really degraded to such a low level they can't even understand the simple messages." the devil spits on the floor and continuously insults them.
"Good since we got the message, we you are not needed anymore get out." Lord Phenex said while gritting his teeth.
"The council can't wait for you all-day birdbrain come quick." with that he turned and left the hall.
After he left the hall, it was dead silent after a few seconds when Lord Phenex was about to speak to Raiser who saw the messenger activated the teleportation formation, he stretched his hand and launched a tiny black flame that shot like a bullet and penetrated his heart.
At the council, the members assembled to get news from the messenger, saw the teleportation circle lit up eagerly waiting for the news shocked to find what they received was a body burning in eerie black flames.
It then burst and the flame started floating in the air to form a message implying 'I will visit you after my rating game with Gremory and meeting with Ajuka. Till then patiently wait.'
"How dare he directly burn our messenger in front of our eyes and send a message instead of coming and meeting us?" a member of the council angrily roared.
"Don't you understand the meaning of the message, if we have to meet him early, we have to meet Maou Lucifer and Beelzebub, and from how he called him Ajuka it shows there is some connection between them that we don't know. It may also be the method to upgrade bloodline so we can't take rash decisions." a glass-wearing member of the council said based on his analysis.
"True, it may also be possible." the rest of the members also agreed.
"Okay then, we will wait till he comes since he killed one of our members we can take a more forceful approach and have the upper hand on the meeting." senior members came to a conclusion and dispersed the meeting.

At the Phenex family hall, when they saw Raiser's action all of them were stunned and it was completed without having time for them to interfere.
"Why did you do that Raiser?" Lord Phenex was the first to recover and asked with worry.
"Don't worry Dad, along with the body I sent a message so they will not disturb me for a while," Raiser said with a calm tone.
But what he next said made them all lose their composure.
"Dad, inform everyone that I will be leaving the family and staying in the human world from now on, so help me find a place to live in Gremory territory and find a teacher job at the school."
"Why? Why are you leaving the underworld? is it because of the council or are there any other reasons?" Lord Phenex asked with a concealing worry while he speak.
"As I said I just completed the first step in my goal for the next steps staying in the underworld will not be any use and it will hinder my process, but I will visit you regularly and you can also visit me freely," said Raiser.
"Then when will you be going?"
"As per the agreement, I will be staying with Rias Gremory and her peerage, I will stay on my own after my rating game, and as there are some things, I have to take care of in the underworld it will be after three weeks from now."
"Okay then, I will contact the Sitri's and make preparations for you."
Ravel who was standing on the side with her mother dashed into his arms weepingly and asked,
"Oni-sama are you really going away from us? I am not going away from you; I am just moving to a different house when you complete your behavioral training from your mother you can come to my home and stay while going to school, I will be your teacher" Raiser said while wiping her tears and ruffling her hair caused her to pout.
"I will complete my study quickly and come to Oni-sama as soon as possible," Ravel said with determination. Her determined face along with her pout and teary eyes was so cute in his view and pinched her cheeks.
"You sneaky brat first you are going away and now you want to take away my sweety get out and take good care of yourself." Madom Phenex said smiling while her eyes are filled with tears.
Raiser who has long forgotten his mother got the same motherly feeling again got his eyes wet and hugged her for a while. Lord Phenex looked at his family with a happy smile.
"I never knew my son was a crybaby, don't cry. Aren't you late for your meeting, get cleaned before going, I don't need my future daughter-in-law to look at you as a crybaby."
"Okay Mom, I go to my room and get cleaned and get going," Raiser said as he turned and left. Promised himself to protect his family at all cost.
