Miles away in the eastern duchy from where these two events were taking place, there can be seen a pictorial sign that depicted a crude carving of a drinking tankard, which welcomed any patrons to the Ratcher's Den, a tavern located beside the town square of a Regalian settlement located in its far reaches. Inside the establishment, a large group of seasoned warriors had completely rented the place for their merry and drunken feasting. Booze and meat dishes littered every table, along with wooden drinking cups and utensils. There was also the multitude of barmaids scurrying back and forth to accommodate the needs of the drunken and still sober patrons.
