The salty scent of the ocean hanged in the air. The cooing of owls melted in the night, coinciding with the horse hooves of Velmund's retinue comprised of three Raven Knights– Dame Reona, Sir William and Sir Anselmus. They were traversing the dirt road illuminated by the light of the crescent moon, unhampered by any dark clouds in the sky. Situated far in the horizon was the port town of Fournemouth, seat of power of House Roswalt, and home to the largest naval fleet in the eastern region. It was also the bastion which for decades had deterred raiders and pirates alike from the Neruland Isle, which lay in the center of the Great Neutomian Sea.

"For once, I appreciate entering a castle with the usual noble privileges," Reona intoned, genuine relief evident from her voice. "Don't get me wrong, sneaking into noble houses like a petty thief or a vicious cutthroat is fun and all, but it gets tiring at times."
