"Dom, why don't you go home?" Ivy joined Dominic on the bench right outside Old Madam Zhu's private ward. "The doctor said Grandma Zhu will be fine."

She pursed her lips, not getting any reply from him. For a second, she simply stared at Dominic's side profile. He was leaning forward with his arms on his legs, his head hung low. Although he still managed to do some of his work in the minister's office today, he went straight to the hospital right after. 

"I'll look after her," she offered with a subtle smile. "You hadn't had proper sleep since last night. At this point, I'm afraid you'd fall first."

"Go home, Ivy," said Dominic quietly. "Don't worry about me."

"How can I not? Worrying about you is my job."

"It's not."
