Chapter 539: You're also responsible

Silence dominated the room as a few people watched the clip of last night's event in the LYON Group's underground parking space. Heaven raised her brows as Dominic paused the clip, moving his eyes to his side where his wife sat. 

"What?" she mouthed, shifting her eyes to the pair of eyes cast upon her. 

Around the same room where she and Dominic were having breakfast were Bear, Princess, and Gray. They were looking at her as if they were blaming her or just waiting for her to say anything. 

"Guys... don't look at me like that!" she defended, as she felt the need to. "It's not me who beat up someone! It was Tiger! Why are you looking at me as if it's my fault?"

"Tiger is one of your men," Dominic pointed out, making her mouth fall open. "Shouldn't you be the one responsible for him?"

"Darling, he used to be one of my men! That's a past tense, baby. The person paying him now is you!"

"Fair enough."
