Chapter 117: Exposing Gabi

Gabi's voice trembled with frustration and disbelief as she uttered, "How in the world did this come to pass?".

Her anguished expression was illuminated by a dim light in the darkened room where she had sought solace. She sat huddled in a corner, her mind swirling with a mixture of rage and confusion.

"This was never meant to happen... Just who does he think he is?" Gabi's words pierced the air, resonating with her inner turmoil. Her voice grew louder, filled with a mixture of anger and desperation, as she cried out, "Who the hell does he think he is?!".

Her hands clenched tightly, and her knuckles turned white as she wrestled with her emotions. The weight of her past decisions bore down on her, regret seeping into her thoughts. 

"From the moment I laid eyes on him, I knew he would bring trouble. I should have taken care of him when I had the chance,... No, I did take care of him… the report says he's supposed to be dead.
