(merry Christmas)
When we finished exploring I felt myself being teleported, I was thrown across space and I spun my body in midair while driving my blade into the ground to stop the acceleration.
All that was heard was a very loud screech as my blade dug into the beautiful black tiles of the room.
I looked up and saw I had slid almost 230 yards. My hand shook from the aftereffects of the slide.
"Sorry about that bro, I tried to lessen the impact of it for ya," I looked to my side and saw a man smiling at me.
"Names aether," he said holding out his hand to shake mine.
"...my name's Percy," I said shaking his hand.
"I heard a lot about you Percy," he smiled before leaning into my ear.
"You break my mother's heart, I'll hunt you down and kill you myself," he whispered.
"Nice talk eh?" he said before leaving me there.
I stood there stunned for a couple of seconds before regaining my composure.
I looked around and it seemed I was inside a temple of sorts, and I had to say it was a very cool one.
not overly decorative, and... not what I expected from someone named Night.
There were no torture chambers, but just what a casual mansion would look like.
"Ah, Percy your here. Come on this way," I didn't have to react before I was being dragged somewhere.
I recognized the voice as Day, and I was finally adjusting to the speed at which these people moved.
Day took me to the decorated area that had a Christmas tree and other presents. I began admiring the layout of this beautiful place.
"You're finally here," I heard Night's voice.
I turned and saw Night descending from the stairs in a beautiful black dress. I had to say it suited her.
I blinked before saying.
"...my name's Percy," not my best moment so far.
"I know. After all, it would be a shame if I didn't know your name after being in your head for almost 4 years," Night said as she stood in front of me.
"Now come on don't leave a lady hanging," she said holding out her hand.
I tilted my head confused. I gently grabbed her hand and kissed her knuckles like Lucatiel said they do to nobles.
"...well that's certainly one way," she said before taking my hand and pulling me to meet her children.
I met many people here and I knew they were very strong. Night was by far the most powerful, I could tell by her aura.
and not because I was sent flying through a wall when she got flustered. I had crashed into a dirty river and by far polluted.
I attempted to scream as the pain hurt. I clenched my teeth bracing for the pain.
"You still have a job to fulfill," I heard Night's voice. I looked to the shore and saw Night holding her hand out for me.
I reached out and grasped the hand that pulled me up. I coughed out the water and when I finished I noticed it was aether that had pulled me out.
"...this happened much earlier than we expected," he said before flinching.
He suddenly grabbed me and we were back at the party. Everyone was rushing around and day came rushing to me.
"Take this Percy Merry Christmas," Day handed me a present.
The last thing I heard before teleporting was a loud yell
"DEMIGOD,"
and then I was suddenly crashed into a building and then flung into the ocean. I didn't suffer any scratches or broken bones... how strange.
...best Christmas party ever.
