Hours have passed since the test of courage was announced and Kaneki fell ill due to Demonitis.

After texting each other they all tried to go to sleep.

Natsuki: hey there Kaneki-kun.
Natsuki came in his tent to check up on him.
Natsuki: you seem to be really sleepy huh?
She knows he won't respond but she is worried about him.
Natsuki: sorry for coming in I just needed to wat for everyone to sleep so I can come in.
But she accidentally woke up someone else.

with everyone asleep Ryueki was preparing the sphere containing the Para-jelly.

Nothing much happened in the day time though Yuuka and Chikao were searching for spots in the forest for the test of courage.
They took hours but they returned at 11:10 a.m.
Yuuka: alright everyone! We found and marked a route for the test of courage!

Yuuka: Yup! Here everyone! These maps will show the way!
???: wait what's the point of the maps?
Chikao: just in case you get lost.

Chikao: alright everyone lets all take a long nap later so we can stay awake late.

With that everyone prepared to take a long nap for the camping trip and around 30 minutes later they all were napping.
