Chapter 322: The Matter Is Settled

Once they arrived at the hospital, Lin Wu couldn't help but feel nervous.

"Your old man is not seriously injured, just a broken leg. Later, go talk to your father and wife."

"Okay," Lin Wu nodded heavily.

Soon, the two of them reached the hospital room. Lin's father, possibly exhausted, was already asleep, while Jiang Li and Li Qian were sitting in a corner, chatting.

"Brother Chao, you're back, and Lin Wu too!" Jiang Li, with sharp eyes, spotted the two of them.

"Shh, keep your voice down. The old man is asleep. Let's not talk loudly," Zhou Chao hurriedly cautioned Jiang Li, not wanting to wake his grandfather.

"Ah Li, why don't we go for a walk outside?" Zhou Chao gave Jiang Li a meaningful look and held her hand as they walked out of the hospital room, leaving the room to Lin Wu and Li Qian.

"Brother Chao, how did things go?" Jiang Li asked once they were outside.
