In the Prime Minister's Government Building, the Legatus Arthur Iordanescu was talking with the ambassadors of the Republic.
"Please understand Prime Minister, while the Republic may have supported the Liberals, it was only with the best of intentions, only to help Dacia strengthen itself for the future fight against Imperial Tyranny" Said one of the Republican Ambassadors in Dacia, Désiré Saint-Yves, quite calmly.
Désiré Saint-Yves is a slightly above average-weight 60-year-old man, bald, with a large mustache and green eyes, wearing very formal clothes.
"But I am sure, Monsieur Désiré, that the Republic knew what the Liberal Government was doing in Dacia." Arthur answered while looking into Désiré's eyes.
Désiré was calm before Arthur's accusation, he knew very well what the Republic was doing, but he has to be a good politician and pretend ignorance and even innocence about it.
"Mister Prime Minister, you cannot accuse without proof, moreover, the Republic did not know what was happening, if we knew we would never support such a regime in Dacia." Said Désiré while scratching his chin a little while looking at Arthur.
Arthur hearing this got one of the veins on his forehead throbbing with anger, but he had to calm down and not make a fuss, he then sighed and looked at the Ambassadors.
"That will have to be decided by Your Majesty the Grand Duke, I will speak with him" Said Arthur after thinking a little.
Désiré upon hearing this nodded, while in his mind he felt disgusted by this kind of "Organic Government", the Republic needed as many Allies as possible.
The Republic was already negotiating with Legadonia, if they managed to have Dacia as an ally, they could make a 3-way war against the Empire.
"We understand, Prime Minister, the Republic will await Your Majesty's response" Desiré replied as he and his assistant got up.
Arthur then politely offered his hand for a shake, which was accepted by Désiré and his assistant, after which Désiré left the Prime Minister's office.
"Monsieur Yves, do you really think the Dacians will side with the Republic?" Asked Désiré's assistant as they went to the carriage that was waiting for them outside the Government Building.
"I have my doubts, but the Republic is committed to getting Dacia as an ally, even if they are useless, at least they can make the Empire focus its attention elsewhere, giving us more chance to win against the Empire" Said Désiré as he entered the carriage.
The assistant nodded as he entered the carriage after Désiré entered.
At the Military Camp where Ferdinand is
Ferdinand was sitting facing his Uncle, who was holding a book and dictating some things, it was written on the cover of the book "International Laws of War".
"In Chapter 79, paragraph 5, it is stated that any conflict in Cities without giving Evacuation Orders, before and during battles, is considered strictly Illegal...Tell me Nephew, what are your thoughts regarding this?" Nikolay asked as he stopped looking at the book and focused all his attention on Ferdinand.
"I believe Uncle, that my opinions on this matter should be left to me" replied Ferdinand while a sweat dripped from his head.
"Nonsense, it's just us here... and the 2 Cossack Guards, but don't worry, everything you say will not leave here" Nikolay said while waving his hand in disdain.
"...Then I'll be frank, uncle" Ferdinand said as he turned serious and pointed to the International Laws of War book.
"For me, this is the biggest idiot thing I've ever seen, because giving evacuation orders to a City that is going to be attacked, would simply give the enemy troops a chance to prepare, it is necessary to attack with everything you have to take the enemy from surprise" Ferdinand said seriously and took a deep breath before continuing to speak.
"In a War, there will always be casualties, both of Soldiers and Civilians, however insensitive and cruel it may seem, these civilian casualties that happen can also be considered a blessing...because an enemy will remain an enemy at the end of the day, who guarantees that some of those Civilians will not one day become Soldiers who will fight against us?" asked Ferdinand after giving this mini-lecture of his.
When Nikolay heard this, he raised an eyebrow as he looked into Ferdinand's eyes after listening to this mini-lecture.
'That's interesting' thought Nikolay as he started to read other Laws of War to know what Ferdinand's answer would be.
At the Royal Palace.
The Grand Duke was now talking to Arthur in his office at the Royal Palace about the Republicans and the Alliance they want with Dacia.
"Any suggestions, Prime Minister?" Johan asked as he watched sipping some tea.
"Your Majesty, Dacia is preparing for a War but it is against the Pagans to the South, leaving behind the preparations we are making just to become Cannon Fodder for the Republicans against the Empire is not worth it." Arthur replied seriously as he looked at Johan.
"Hmm...I agree, besides, we are currently dependent on Imperial Military Technology, so it's suicidal to do anything without even having industrialized yet" Johan said as he started to get serious.
"Prepare a well-crafted apology that says we will not side with the Republicans...for now as we will be dealing with other issues" Johan ordered as he looked into Arthur's eyes, who nodded.
"Furthermore, I think we may already be able to start some political hostilities against the Rumelis, as well as secretly support some Slavic and Hellenic Groups to cause a bit of chaos" Johan continued as a dark smile remained on his face.
"I will carry out your order, Your Majesty" said Arthur as he bowed to Johan before being allowed to leave and do his job.
With Johan alone, he looked at one of the office walls, which had the Map of Magna Rumeli.
'We'll just have to wait and get stronger, when the time comes, Magna Rumeli will just be history in the books' Johan thought as the smile on his face grew a lot.
"Soon there will be a New Crusade...under full Dacia command"

March 7, 1920
In one of the towns under Rumeli control, a 30-year-old man wearing a Suit, Tie, and Fedora Hat, was walking through the streets calmly, sometimes passing by some Rumeli Soldiers who were patrolling the streets.
When the man arrived at his destination, a bar that was currently closed, he knocked on the bar door in a certain sequence, then waited a few seconds before the door opened.
When the door opened, a petite woman with short blond hair, black eyes, and pale white skin looked at the man seriously.
"We are closed" Said the woman as she was getting ready to close when she hears the man's answer.
"Deus Vult" Said the Man quickly before looking around to make sure that no Rumeli Soldier was passing by.
Upon hearing what the man said, the woman stops for a few seconds before opening the door to the bar fully.
"Get in quick" Said the woman in a hurry, the man quickly enters the bar and with that, the woman closes the door again.
The woman then takes a revolver that was on her waist and points it at the man's head, she then says extremely seriously.
"Name?" Asked the woman as the revolver touched the man's head, just waiting for a wrong answer to blow his brains out.
"Boris Antonov Petkov" Answered the man calmly as he stood still, not moving a muscle.
The woman then searches Boris to see if she had anything on him, what she found was a letter with the symbol of a closed Golden Fist.
"... It's clean" she told the woman before putting the revolver down and handing the letter back to Boris.
"I'm Aimilia Strakakou, come with me, the meeting is about to start" Said the woman now known as Aimilia as she went to one of the rooms in the bar, being followed by Boris.
Arriving in the room, Aimilia pulls the rug out from under her, showing the entrance to an underground location, she then lets Boris in before closing the entrance and placing the rug again, going to stand guard at the entrance to the bar again.
Boris walked a little along a corridor before finally arriving at his destination, there he found himself in a large hall, there were several people, men, and women, screaming in anger and indignation.
"For too long we have suffered under the Rumeli! Our people are being exploited every day, soldiers can do whatever they want, receiving just a slap on the wrists and released after 3 Days of Cleaning the Garrisons! THIS MUST END HERE AND NOW, IT'S TIME WE WILL UNITE WITH OUR CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AND SISTERS, AND THEN FREE OUR LAND" Shouted a man as he raised a fist in rage.
Many also raised clenched fists in anger, most shouting "Death to the Infidels" or "Death to Rumelia", with extreme hatred in their voices, so much so that certain men in Black Military Uniforms would blush with embarrassment.
"Thanks to our allies beyond our borders, we have achieved everything we need to finally resist these Tyrants, finally having what we were prevented from having for a long time: VENGEANCE" Continued the man as his tone increased by the second, showing hatred and the anger he had towards Magna Rumeli.
While everyone was screaming with extreme hatred and euphoria, soon the Man who was making the speech raised his hands to calm the people down, which seems to have the desired effect, because, after a few more seconds, everyone stopped screaming and became attentive to the man's words.
"Some here have lost someone dear to them...a husband, a wife, a son or daughter, maybe even friends...what we are doing is avenging their deaths, as well as ensuring that the next ones don't suffer the same fate" said the Man seriously as he looked at all the people present.
"Because of this, I will swear an oath here and now! I, Konstantin Apostolov Kachonov, promise to give my life if necessary, to ensure that the Continent is free from Pagan presences and Rumeli Tyranny, until the day when Vengeance and Liberation be fulfilled, I will be an enemy of the Rumeli... UNTIL THE END OF MY DAYS" Shouted the man now known as Konstantin as he placed his hand on his chest.
While everyone was screaming in excitement and support for Konstantin, he was thinking about how his life changed after he was visited at his house by some men.
Before he thought they were henchmen of some Rumeli Official who was trying to extort money from him, just like they do from time to time with others, but in fact they were Agents who served the Secret Service of the Dacian Royal Family.
The Agents had researched everything about Konstantin beforehand, after which they decided that he would be ideal for the Plans of the Grand Duke Daciano.
Son of a simple seamstress, without a father, Konstantin always grew up being taught to bow his head to the Rumeli, for his own good.
Konstantin understood this and always showed himself to be a Loyal Servant of the Sultanate so that nothing would happen to him or his family.
But it only took 1 day, 1 action for him to change from a Sheep who followed everything without complaint, to a vengeful animal with a thirst for blood.
During a protest that was taking place demanding an end to the abuses made by the Rumeli Military, Kerim Pasha, Pasha of the Province, then ordered drastic measures against the demonstrators, giving orders to shoot.
As fate would have it, Konstantin and his mother were on their way home when suddenly the shots started, which was followed by screams of fear and confusion.
As they tried to find a safe place, one of the Rumeli soldiers shot a demonstrator who was running away, but the man narrowly managed to dodge the shot, but unfortunately the bullet went into Konstantin's mother.
He was paralyzed when he saw his mother's body fall in front of his eyes, with blood coming out of the heart region, he couldn't do anything but try to save his mother, which was of no use.
When she was buried, Konstantin had nothing but rage and bloodlust on his mind, wanting only revenge on the Rumeli for causing him to lose his dear mother.
When the Secret Agents of the Dacian Royal Family were creating the rebel cells that would be manipulated by Dacia in the future, they found gold in the form of Konstantin.
A man who has no idea of creating a Hellenic or Slavic Nation, just wanting revenge on the Rumeli for what they did to him, a great puppet to control.
That way they could ensure that when the time came, Dacia could attack in full force, as the rebels would have already caused enough confusion inside Rumeli territory.

I was currently in my Father's office at the Royal Palace, I just came back from my training as my father wanted to talk to me about something important.
My Uncle is a real sadist, the Cossacks and Wizards he sent after me after throwing me into a forest was appalling, but at least I learned the old Art of Camping and the Art of Bear Grylls.
I can still smell and taste the roasted grubs...it was a very strange experience.
"Son, I won't take up too much of your time and say too many unnecessary things, because I know you want to see your Mother, just read this and give me your opinions" Said my Father as he handed me some documents that had the Imperial Seal of Government.
Picking up the Documents and reading, one of my eyebrows rose, this involved starting the Central Government's heavy investments in the Navy.
They were basically plans to buy ships that would be sold by other countries, since we are still in the Process of Industrializing and Modernizing as a country.
"Honestly Father, I think the ideas are quite good, we should focus on buying Warships from the Allied Kingdom, there are many ships that they will discard and it would be great for us, hell, the old Ships in use by the Allied Kingdom would be more than enough to destroy the Rumeli Navy!" I say as I place the documents back on the table.
"Hmm...I agree, but unfortunately the Treasury will not be able to give much money, as well as the Royal Family, so it will be very few or even no ships that we will be able to buy." Said my Father as he placed his hand on his forehead and sighed in relief. tiredness.
"...Have you thought about borrowing?"
