Chapter 65: Taking Long Naps

When Mary returned to her room and opened the door, the knights smiled at her.

"Are you feeling better, my lady?" 

"Ah, yes! Have you seen Alec? Is his class still being held on?" She thought he would end earlier.

"Ah, no. A young master had come looking for you. But he left to get snacks since you were sleeping. Shall I call him back?" Oh! He must have been worried and upset.

"No! That would not be needed. I will visit him and have snacks with him too." But as soon as she started walking, the knights started to follow her.

But they paused when they saw Cassian raising a spoon in front of Alec.

Alec was staring back at Cassian with hesitation but he opened his mouth.

Mary took a step back and so did the knights.

She stepped back into the room and ordered snacks there.

Alec returned an hour later. He was surprised to see her alone eating fruits, but still ran to her.
