Chapter 44: Brazen Woman!

Cassian gritted his teeth. His face was so dark and cold that it could have frozen anyone but the woman was immune to his coldness.

She did not even bat an eyelid as she smirked and walked towards him.

"Honey! I know that you love me so much. But you did not need to take that blow for me. It would have been better if the soup would have fallen on your nasty sister instead." She muffled her laughter when they felt the shadow trembling.

"Honey! You will punish your sister, right?" she asked again in a more seductive voice when the shadow moved and left from there.

"Oh my god! Did she come by herself or her maid was as foolish as her." Mary laughed hard. Her eyes were twinnking with joy as she held her stomach but kept laughing.

Cassian twitched. He knew she had acted before. But even after telling him to punish his family, she was not worried at all that she would be punished.

More than that, he did not want to punish her.. Yet!
