Bruce stopped the machine- another diamond blade wasted in the process of testing the Asgardian metal- and the facts were surprising- surprisingly positive.
Hardness- steel could not be even compared to this. Nth metal, water jet of 140,000 psi or heat at any temperature did not even begin to scratch the metal. The previous conjecture of Uru's melting point being of 50,000 K was scrapped.
Electricity conductor- As a metal it should be a fine conductor of electricity, but it was not. It acted as a channel for electricity but not a conductor.
A conductor is something that has free electrons to pass on for electric current to flow, on Uru the process was not one of conducting electricity, but surface channeling, the metal itself having no contribution to the current itself- this was verified when the Mjolnir, Thor's hammer did not show a speck of dust while being the output of electricity in Thor's hands- normal metals conducting electricity for 1000+ years would have degraded to the point of nothingness.
Heat conductor- The same case was with heat conduction. When Batman's laser got a hit on the destroyer armor, the only place which was heated to the degree it melted was the place where the laser got contact with. Even the plate beside the lasers contact was at room temperature.
Density- The density of Uru was 16.429962692, which was found practically. [we are about to peg canon]
238.028 + 101.07 is 339.098 The molecular volumes of Uranium and Ruthenium were 12.495 + 8.144 respectively, i.e. 20.639. Then an alloy having Uranium and Ruthenium should have its density- 339.098/20.639 i.e. 16.429962692
Uru was not a metal- URu was was an alloy!
It was common knowledge that alloys show inherently different properties than the constituent metals. For example when iron is mixed with Carbon, nickel and chromium, stainless steel is obtained which is harder and does not rust. Other examples of alloys include brass, bronze, solder etc.
But an alloy of Uranium and Ruthenium that was unheard of. Uranium was after all a radioactive element, so most experiments surrounding it was done in an extremely isolated place. Ruthenium on the other hand was one of the rarest metals on earth- highly stable transition element. Furthermore, Uranium alloys are susceptible to stress corrosion cracking (SCC) and knowledge of the surface stresses involved are essential.
Bruce needed to verify such an alloy- to be derived artificially.
But the results were failure. Uranium and Ruthenium alloy. That meant it needed a stabilizing agent for the alloy and Bruce knew what it was, as was told to him by the God of Thunder.
'URu was magically enchanted'
But that did not mean all was lost. Bruce still had molten URu in his hands- with something that could circumvent the magic enchantments, as proven by the molten URu which showed same properties as the rest of the destroyer after cooling.

"Kryptonite" Kryptonians had shown a major aversion to ,magic, given the Man of steel's major magic weakness. Similarly Kryptonite dominated the anti-magic club, showing its use to the cases where magic was a pain to deal with.
Kryptonite worked as an temporary on off button for magic- depriving any object or user of magicka, the magic particles. Similarly, a laser going through Kryptonite prism, was not only enhanced, capable of getting to the temperatures 40,000 Kelvin and beyond but it also acted as the nemesis of magic.
Bruce picked up the green shard and URu plates- before turning towards the underdeveloped Batwing. For long the Batwing had been perceived as highly susceptible to damage.
If he could somehow, plate URu on this...

There also people picking up the alien origins of Batman- given it was told to the people that the Batman was a consequence of the portal above New York. There are also demeaning posters here- which I would like to show."

"We need this much more than before. Aliens invading, turning a town into dust, Portal above NY, Hydra active! These do not come to me as coincidences. We are moving towards a test, which would filter out all those who were unprepared for it.- S.H.I.E.L.D. came out in the open after 2007, there was a reason for it. Continue with the Tesseract, but check on all personnel working on it and sideline those who have even a speck of uncertainty on them."
