Chapter 412: Garden of Secrets II*

Rationality fled from every corner of Daphne's mind as an insatiable hunger swept through her core. Her body burned with desire, further deepening her kiss with Atticus. He, too, reciprocated by drawing her close, wanting nothing more than to press right into her until they melded into one.

Their lips and tongues twined together in a dance, leaving Daphne breathless. Yet, she couldn't find a part of her that wanted to stop. Maybe it was the aphrodisiac content in the air, maybe it was just her repressed emotions; whatever it was, she wanted to forget everything and lay with her husband tonight.

It seemed like Atticus had the very same idea as well. 

Pieces of clothing flew off their bodies within seconds, soaring through the air before tumbling into a messy pile on the ground. Atticus flicked his fingers, his magic ensuring that the doors were properly locked just in case someone thought it would be wondrous to ruin his fun tonight.
