CHAPTER 166

The room was dimly lit, with only a few candles flickering to illuminate the space. 

The witch's voice was low and mysterious, her eyes gleaming with a purple light. Jared nodded.

"Let the ritual begin," Lilith enunciated, closing her eyes. 

Jared took a step closer, gazing at Skai's calm state.

The two ladies began to chant in unison, weaving a hypnotic spell. The air in the room grew thick with an eerie energy, the flickering candlelight casting sinister shadows on the walls.

The witch raised the knife and pricked Skai's finger with the tip. A tiny drop of blood appeared. She smeared the blood onto the doll's face, and Skai's body began to stir. 

The witch's chant grew louder, her words growing more urgent. The air in the room seemed to vibrate with an ancient power, and Skai's body started to glow with a soft, ethereal light.
