There's no denying Unity's accomplishments, they're a symbol of hope for Alters all over the world. But the progress and strides they'd been making across the world have slowed down significantly over the last few years. 

Take the situation here in Cahgo...anti-Alter terrorism and prejudice have been on a steady rise in recent years. It's not even a matter of maintaining the status quo, things are undeniably getting worse."

"Yeah, that's for sure...but your argument would only be valid if Unity was the only presence in Cahgo fighting for Alters. Liberty holds a pretty strong presence in this country too, but the situation has grown worse regardless," I pointed out.
