Chapter 64: Chapter 64 - Shady(Part 1)

"This place looks really shady," I remarked, peering out the window as we arrived in the area we were supposed to investigate. 

"I know, right? It's really-...," Began Theo with a nod, before trailing off as he realized it was me who spoke...aw, man, for a moment there, I got kinda hopeful. 

The city of Staex, it's located near the top of the western coastline, at the north, and slightly to the west, of the capital city Gelanes. It's a bit of drive from the capital, we drove past a bunch of Monsters on the way here. They didn't attack us though, so we left them alone. 

Monsters are simply animals that evolved by drinking the Progenitor's blood, after all, so for the most part, they act like regular animals, though they can be a lot more aggressive when hungry or provoked.
