After more than six months of daily updates, it is with a heavy heart that I must convey some disheartening news about the trajectory of this novel. Regrettably, the performance of this literary endeavor has taken a downturn, and I've been receiving disheartening warnings about the lack of interactive engagement from the audience. The comments section, which has been my source of connection with you, has dwindled to a mere four or five remarks, primarily comprising simple expressions of gratitude for each chapter.
This undertaking, as you well know, has consumed a significant portion of my daily life. The commitment to deliver new chapters day in and day out has been both a labor of love and a laborious task. It has brought me immeasurable joy to write, and your feedback has been the guiding light that fueled my creative fire.
However, the stark lack of interest has filled me not with anger, but with profound sadness. We are all acutely aware of the intoxicating allure of social media and the insatiable desire for interaction it fosters, and I find myself no exception to this rule. Even though I don't profit from my work on this platform, the passion I pour into it is immeasurable, and the desire for meaningful engagement is the driving force behind my dedication.
On a brighter note, I recently uploaded my ReZero fanfiction, and the response was markedly different. The comments section was filled with thoughtful, enthusiastic remarks that rekindled my spirits when it has only 500 views and this as 10000 views.
So, what's the plan moving forward? I want to assure you that I am not abandoning this project. Instead, I have made the difficult decision to alter the posting schedule. Instead of daily updates, I will now be posting one to two chapters per week, and on occasions when inspiration strikes with particular fervor, I may grace you with three chapters at most.
In this way, I hope to ensure that my commitment aligns with the value I perceive in this endeavor. It's a way for me to continue without feeling like I'm pouring my heart and soul into a void, even if readership remains limited.
