Grace’s POV

Sky was back!

The bitch had thrown me a smug grin as she was followed inside by Maggie, Ned, and Awen. My heart bled for the kid. He looked so scared and I could feel his wolf practically curl in on itself as he saw his mother again. Ned promised to keep an eye on him for us, but since Sky was his mother, she had custody over him.

Jack opted NOT to have any contact with Awen while his mother was there.

And I could see that it was tearing him apart!

We’d tried to call Riven, and told him about the situation - and what Sky had been doing to his nephew. Understandingly, he blew a gasket and instantly offered to help. He reached out to Maggie, stating that Sky was a fugitive from his pack, and he wanted her delivered back to him to face murder charges.

No luck…

Maggie had buried him in a figurative mountain of paperwork, that no alpha alive had the patience for.
