Chapter 57: Chapter 57 Master Vampire

Grace’s POV

We were standing outside the clubhouse, waiting for Chris’s contact. But truth be told, I suddenly wasn’t so sure about this. And no, it wasn’t the fact that the second we entered the parking lot Cole’s werewolves got busy on their phones. I’d made my peace with the fact that I was going to meet Cole the second I stepped foot back inside the club and I wouldn’t be taken by surprise again.

Chris was worried!

That simple fact was enough to tell me that whoever we were about to meet was somewhat of a questionable character…

“What’s wrong?” I’d asked when Chris told us that he’d heard back from one of the masters who wanted to listen to our idea. But to my surprise, he didn’t seem all that happy.

“It’s Master Azrael,” he said solemnly. Nobody present had ever heard of him, so Chris explained: “He’s not just old as sin and powerful as fuck. But he’s also rumored to have a special kind of hatred towards werewolves.”

Well, that didn’t sound promising…
