Chapter 76: To Be A God

Lucifer threw himself under the primordial tree, battered and barely breathing. The once beautiful garden had been reduced to ash around him with ridges showing traces of an inferno and large holes opened across the plain.

The crystals that once illuminated the garden with a magical glow had lost their light, leaving the garden in darkness. Lucifer sat under the tree with his eyes closed as he focused on putting his shell back together. He was covered in wounds, scratches, and burns that not even he could just walk off.

The Order Of The Seventh had put up a good fight, one that had the prince beaten within an inch of his life. But it was still to no avail, thousands of dead valkyrie surrounded the tree.

As the smoke delayed to settle, the earth began to shake. "I guess its about that time." he said.
