Alicia quickly grabbed her coat, put it on, and jumped out of bed to switch on the lights. The bright room left no spot for anyone to hide.

Taking deep breaths, Alicia finally got a good look at the man who had been assaulting her. He appeared rough, with tanned skin, a heavy build, and an unpleasant face, clearly a local based on his clothes.

The man holding a gun to his head was Chuck Hanson. With his dark complexion, short haircut, and good-looking features, he appeared stylish in a black jacket.

Alicia quickly buttoned her coat and tried to fix her messy hair. Feeling presentable, she asked, "Mr. Hanson, what brings you here?"

"I'm here to meet a client," Chuck answered calmly.

"A client? Here?" Alicia inquired, surprised.

"Yes, I'm here to collect an antique." With that, Chuck pressed the gun to the man's head and demanded, "What's your name?"
