After witnessing Magnus' memories, I was thinking hard about a way to cleanse the brainwashing spell from the imprisoned warrior.

There was something that made certain northerners immune to the effects of mind control, but I couldn't tell what it was.

Feeling stumped on the subject, I decided to send a voice message to Reinar and Jen, thinking that they could help me come up with an idea.

When I explained the situation to them, the next message they sent was asking to bring them to The Pit so that they could take a look in person.

They had a magic quartz in the treehouse at End Forest, so all I needed to do was place a new one here, and I could bring them with me. Still, I wasn't sure if that was the safest idea.

Even so, having a contingency plan for evacuating the people inside The Pit in case of emergencies would have been good, so I thought that setting up the magic quartz could be pretty useful either way.
