Chapter 265: The Sage’s Assembly (Part 1)

During the spare days that we had before the Sage's Assembly, Melina and I were swarmed with small talks and lectures all over the tower.

My lessons revolved around gravity magic since it was a pretty new concept for the mages to learn, while Melina focused on explaining our wordless casting.

The mages in the tower believed that they needed to be as powerful as a sage to be able to cast spells without chanting anything. However, we were 100% sure that wasn't the case.

When I first saw someone other than myself casting magic in this world, I realized that their techniques were completely different from what I was practicing.

I thought it was normal at first and that the level of magic at the Sephyr Kingdom simply wasn't good enough. However, the more I learned about this world, the more I realized something was strange.
