Hope in endless Despair
Rayleigh grabbed Robin and threw her behind him as he slashed out at Galan, who raised his arm, blocking the sword.
A huge blast of wind blew everything around them away as Rayleigh was inwardly shocked at Galan's strength, he even suspected it wasn't all of it! He laughed and said "I haven't had fun in a long time!" while slashing down at Galan, who blocked all his sword strikes.
The crew started getting up as Galan pressed Rayleigh forward, frowning slightly. These kids needed more fear, they needed to fight back and face death fearlessly! Now they were scared to run away!
What was the point of this?
He pushed Rayleigh off him and charged at the crew, who was regrouping to run away. Luffy stood up and grit his teeth, shooting at Galan, his body emitting steam and his eyes barely able to see!
Galan was stunned as hundreds of black fists came at him. He looked at Luffy and muttered "This kid… he's not conscious at all!" Luffy roared wildly and mustered all his strength believing this to be his last battle…
To protect his crew and friends, he decided to fight to the death!
As a result, all his potential was stimulated!
The rest of the crew turned to see Galan and Luffy fighting.
Galan suddenly had an idea, invincibility was scary but too much… They needed to see an avenue to victory! A slight hope… Perfect.
Galan let out a breath and started catching Luffy's fists, throwing his own and colliding with the boy, creating shockwaves as he matched his power to Luffy's only being stronger than him ever so slightly.
This was the avenue for success, from getting destroyed to fighting back! Maybe they could even win! The crew was sufficiently stimulated!
Galan suddenly ducked as a black foot with blazing flames, and a black sword with a wispy death aura swung past where his neck was. He cracked his neck and pressed his hands on the ground, shooting his legs out and getting blocked before pushing off the ground as Luffy punched where he just was.
Galan kicked the air and flipped, throwing a punch at Luffy, who rolled on the ground, dodging the punch and springing back, colluding his head into Galan's side. Galan turned along with the momentum and swung his arm like a whip, slapping Luffy out.
Luffy bounced off the Mangrove tree and shot back at Galan, his arm blowing up to gigantic proportions. Galan spun in the air as Franky and Brook joined in.
Galan landed on the ground and jumped up, landing on Luffy's fist before flickering to his head and kicking out, shooting him at Brook and Sanji.
Zoro and Franky grabbed the two and rolled out of the way, looking up at Galan as the crew gathered together. Galan looked at them flatly and Zoro cursed, "Too weak! Damn it!" Sanji wasn't looking too good either, neither were the others, but Luffy had lost his mind at the moment, only wanting to protect his friends as he shot forward, throwing giant hands behind him and slinging them forward as they turned black.
Galan crossed his arms in front of him and decided to take this hit and give them hope. Luffy's gigantic arms smashed into Galan and he slid back, digging 2 divots in the ground for half a meter.
The crew was stunned and Franky grinned, "Not invincible!" Galan looked at the reinvigorated crew and Rayleigh was stunned, just like this? This guy was too scary… How can you manipulate people on the fly like this?
Galan figured it was enough. Time to leave.
Rayleigh jumped in and slashed at Galan, starting the fight again as the crew suddenly turned to see Nami missing. They looked up in horror to see Kuma standing above them, saying "Where would you like to take a vacation, if you could."
He slapped Zoro and Zoro disappeared as though he was erased from existence! Luffy finally woke up slightly, shouting "ZORO?!" Kuma didn't stop, charging through and slapping the crew one by one!
Chopper, Brook, Franky, Sanji, Usopp… All gone!
Kuma raised his hand up and Luffy fought him in madness, crying because of his crew. Kuma bounced him away and looked down at Robin saying "Farewell." Robin looked up at the giant palm and tears escaped her eyes, she closed them and thought 'I'm sorry, mom…' before she, too, disappeared.
Luffy roared "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" the pain in his voice clear for everyone to see. Galan knew that Kuma didn't actually kill them, but he still said cruelly "This is what that woman deserves. Finish him, Kuma."
Luffy was lost and starting to get angry, he clenched his fists and cried as an explosion of Conqueror's Haki erupted from his body!
Kuma, Rayleigh, and Sentomaru were slightly startled, but Galan knew this all along, not surprised at all. He still said with a shocked face, "Conqueror's?! Impossible!" Kuma didn't care after a moment and slapped Luffy, who lunged at him.
Luffy suddenly disappeared completely and Kuma was done here. He walked over to Galan and Rayleigh, leaning over, saying "Merely sent them away." Galan nodded and said loudly "Good job, getting rid of those scourges, Kuma."
Sentomaru was startled and said "You really… What's Punk gonna say?" Galan replied "Return to Egghead, Sentomaru. That's an order." Sentomaru sighed and saluted before leaving.
Rayleigh looked at Galan and said "Boy you really scared me! I thought you were gonna kill them all too!" Galan ignored him and said to Kuma, "Report to Marineford, you're needed along with the 7 other Warlords. If they refuse then they'll be sent to Impel Down."
Kuma asked calmly, "For?" Galan ignored Rayleigh and walked away, replying slowly "The Public Execution of Portgas D. Ace." Kuma was startled and bowed to Rayleigh, "Sir…" he told Rayleigh something before leaving quickly.
Rayleigh was stunned many times today and was slightly tired.
Galan left Sabaody, his actions traumatizing many pirates for a long time to come.
