Marry me, Xiana

Xiana was shocked when suddenly Licheng overtook her on his horse and startled the horse which she was riding. The horse neighed and the horse stood up on its hind legs with the forelegs off the ground.

She tried to calm the horse down while balancing herself. 

Licheng quickly got down from the horse and saw Xiana had fallen off the horse, but he extended his arms out and caught her before she could hit the ground. His knee rested against the ground and she safely landed in his arms. She looked into his eyes and found how red his left eye had turned. 

Licheng steadied Xiana and made her stand up along with him. "Where were you running?" He asked with a furious tone.

"To my kingdom," Xiana replied. "You have freed me, so I must leave," she stated. She moved away from him and looked at the horse on which she had come. She took a step forward when Licheng grasped her hand. 

She tilted her head and shifted her eyes from her hand to his face.
