Chapter 481: Awake

Arlan returned to Wildridge manor. All the work he had to do was shifted to Wildridge manor. While working he kept looking after Oriana. 

As there were no female servants in the Wildridge manor, Oriana's lady-in-waiting Ana and the two more personal servants were called to attend to Oriana. 

Oriana's guest mansion was informed that she would not return for a few days. Commander Conor Loyset was informed by the King and he resumed his duty by King's side. 

Two days passed by in the blink of an eye and Oriana was yet to be awake. Yorian was always there checking on her once in a while along with Drayce's short visits daily in order to help Arlan and Oriana heal. 

On the third day- 

"Your wound is almost healed and your power must have started working now," Drayce spoke as he inspected the wound on Arlan's chest. 

Alran nodded and buttoned up his shirt, "I can use it to half of its original extent."
