Chapter 85: Face-Off 2

Since negotiations were out of the question, there was a single thing that could be done: fight.

An all-out brawl between the strongest of the allied factions and the Ten Families began.

What happened for the next few hours was a stalemate of epic proportions, one that couldn't have been possible without Lucius's shield acting like a protective talisman.

For now, the losses on both sides were minimal; the allied forces lost around seven members, and the Ten Families lost two of their old leaders.

Since Lancelot was the one coordinating the war, he stood back and observed everyone.

A certain duo couldn't help but attract his gaze, as they were pretty much the center of attention.

The only one besides Lucius to dare and stand in the middle of the war zone was none other than Arthur.

The tank of a man didn't have any worries as he tried to smash his broadsword left and right, not letting enemies pass behind him to reach the other forces.
