Persie followed Cole to the living room, and as he stepped into the spacious and airy room, the grand fireplace sitting at the center caught his eye.

Made from stacked stone and adorned with a rustic wooden mantel, the fireplace exuded warmth and comfort that immediately put him at ease.

The walls were painted in a soft, earthy shade of green that complemented the natural surroundings, and the hardwood floors were covered with plush, cream-colored rugs.

Tall windows let in plenty of natural light and provided stunning views of the surrounding forest.

At one end of the room, there was a large, L-shaped couch that could comfortably seat several people, and the real centerpiece of the room was the large seat positioned right in front of the fireplace.

Persie quickly guessed that it was leader Cole's seat, a grand armchair upholstered in rich, dark brown leather and adorned with intricate carvings and embellishments.
