In the dimly lit room, Brooks and Drianna huddled together, their hearts racing in tandem with the chaotic events outside. The sound of the blast reverberated through the walls, shaking the room ever so slightly.

Drianna's voice trembled with concern. "What was that?"

Brooks, his usually calm demeanor strained, replied, "I don't know, but it sounded like one of those blasts the WMC uses."

Drianna's worry deepened as she considered the implications. "I hope Youta is okay. He's been facing those things head-on."

Brooks nodded, a mixture of anxiety and determination in his eyes. "Youta is tough. We just have to trust that he's doing everything he can to protect us."
