Chapter 72: Obsession

'What the hell is this?' Irene held her head as she paced back and forth in her room. 'Let it all be a dream. Please let it all be a dream.' She begged and pinched her palm, hoping it to be her illusion. But unfortunately, it was not.

Unable to stay in her room that was suffocating the hell out of her, Irene entered the balcony to calm herself down. She  stared at the night sky, her mind filled with thoughts she had never had before. After speaking to her father, some of her questions were answered and clarified. But how she wished she had never approached her father for clarification.

With her lips pursed, Irene started analyzing everything she had learned from her father and Reyna about the King and his Queen. 'Why do I feel that I am somehow related to everything in this matter?' She wondered and stared absent-mindedly at the stars.
