Chapter 182: Cypras Grex

The cold silence of an obscured tent answered Meilyr's entrance.

Four of the seven figures within shifted their position, scattered in the darkness and out of ordinary sight. Unfortunately for them, their silhouettes glittered like sun-blessed jewels to his spell-enhanced eyes.

The inside was devoid of ornaments or decorations, leaving a single, stone-sculpted chair standing in its midst. Meilyr would have thought it empty if not for the barely outlined shadow of a man on its surface.

A shadow without a source? No...

"Meilyr, is it?" The shadow started with a deep voice. "You're only a child." There was a tinge of disappointment stifled underneath its emotionless tone. "I get that notions of age blur together in the world of magi, but I cannot help my surprise."

Meilyr looked around quietly, probing the thin threads of Mana swirling nearby.
