Chapter 75: Live Following His Primal Instinct

Getha took a step forward, and that made Avidius weary. In a hurry, he reached out his hand to stop her from going any further.

With a friendly gesture, he told her; "I will take care of this".

Avidius feared what would happen to the people if she left them at the hands of Getha.

From his observation of her over the past year, she learned under Sango, a monster without remorse nor an explainable emotion toward anything, active under the influence of reasoning and nothing more.

It would not come as a surprise if Getha killed all the people here under the excuse that they refused to answer her questions.

Avidius considers himself the only sane man in their midst, the only one with emotions toward the people and will be willing to do anything possible to help them.

"What do you think I want to do". Getha questioned, her face turned toward Avidius.
