Chapter 210: Connection

"Again!"

Claire's sharp voice echoed throughout the white room. Her hair looked messy, her leather armor was covered in cuts deep enough to touch her skin. But lucky for her, she was healing faster than she was getting injured. 

Across the room was a thin pale looking boy with dark messy hair and green eyes. The boy looked to be in a worse shape with cuts on his face and all over his body. His cream shirt had been stained with red blood and his brown trousers too because he thought this sparring session was going to be an easy one. 

Turns out it wasn't. 

Silver glints of sweat flowed down his face from exhaustion and his chest was rising and falling at a rapid pace. However, despite the exhaustion he felt, Arthur couldn't help but feel excited. Sparring with Claire had its perks…for starters, she helped him with mastering the wind attribute.
