Evelyn stumbled back, her breath hitching in her chest as she watched Luna fall. Her gaze darted to Astra, the corrupted Esper's eyes glowing ominously in the dim light. A cold shiver ran down Evelyn's spine. But then, something inside her snapped.

Evelyn's heart pounded in her chest as she rushed towards Luna. She knew that she was not a match for Astra, her abilities not suited for battle, but she didn't hesitate. The thought of Luna getting hurt while she stood there watching was more than she could bear.

"Luna!" Evelyn called, her voice filled with desperation.

She lurched forward, rushing towards Luna's crumpled form. Adrenaline surged through her veins, dulling her fears. As she reached Luna, she quickly pushed her friend behind her and took up the position of the dead instructor.
