"Greetings, Mrs. Hitter," Philip offered a weak yet charming smile, adhering to his usual character settings for Conrad.

Upon entering, Philip found himself surrounded by a multitude of dream citizens in various forms. Birds wearing tuxedos soared through the air, mobs of kangaroos donned sports attire, and there were some who resembled humans but sported otherworldly and exaggerated makeups and hairstyles.

'The air is refreshing, the landscape is lush and green,' Philip mused. 'The architectural style is completely different from my own space. It leans towards the countryside, with rolling hills and a small lake.'

Doug interrupted Philip's thoughts, "Whoever owns this space must be incredibly wealthy to have a lake in such a verdant field. How much would the total construction cost be?"
