Chapter 96: Negotiation

After Aram finished, Philip retreated into contemplation. Simultaneously, he silently posed a question to Doug within his mind.

"Why were you surprised earlier?" 

Doug responded, "Apart from the fact that these orbs come from monsters and are extremely challenging to obtain and eliminate, they are also necessary items for mentalists above empath level."

"So obtaining these orbs might necessitate trading items of equivalent value to those suitable for level 3 mentalists."

Intrigued by this new level of mentalist, Philip inquired, "Do you know the name of that level?" 

Doug shook his head and replied, "No, I don't know. But I do know that at that level, mentalists can bring items into and out of the dream realm. Furthermore, I've heard they can wield psychic powers in the outside world."
