Chapter 4: Chapter 4: The Recruitment Test ( 1 )
Recruitment day
Sosuke POV
This morning I woke up very early I'm so excited that I can't even fall asleep. Just telling myself that my adventure begins today makes me feel like I'm growing. Since I can't sleep, I'm going to go for a run. So I went out for a run for about 45 minutes. On returning my mother and my sister were already awake, my father is on a business trip so he is not there. After having lunch with them I went to take a shower to prepare for the test. When I finished getting ready it was almost 9 a.m. the test takes place at 10 a.m. so I planned to arrive at Hachiya Oji for 9:45 a.m. at the latest. After saying goodbye to my sister who wished me good luck for my test, my black mother and I set off. We finally arrived in front of the school at 9:40 am.

Sousuke: Mom look at Ryu and Subaru's moms are there too.
Sakumo: Oh yeah that's right. Let's say hello to them.
Sakumo and Sousuke therefore headed towards them. Sokumo is very close to Ryu and Subaru's mother because Ryu and Subaru are the only friends his son has had since he was little.
So she took the time to get to know each of them and then you have to know that because of her excellent grades in college, Sousuke was very appreciated by the parents of her classmates so they were not the only mothers of students she knows. But she is not as close with the others.
Sousuke: Ryu! Subaru!
Going towards them Sousuke started shouting to warn them that he was there. Seeing him get closer you could see the smile on the faces of the two friends. They were very happy to see him.
Ryu's mother: Oh but who is it, right Sakumo !
Subaru's mother: When was the last time we saw him?
Sakumo: Hello how are you both. So it's been a long time said.
Ryu's mother: You had been missing for a while.
Subaru's mother: The last time I tried to call you you couldn't answer I tell myself that you were busy.
Sakumo: I'm sorry lately I've been on the move a lot besides that my husband is on a business trip so I have to manage everything whether it's at home or outside.
Subaru's Mother: I see my reasoning was correct so it can't be easy.
Ryu's mother: Understandable.
The atmosphere was very happy because it had been several weeks since the mothers and children had seen each other because of the holidays.
When Sousuke noticed that the discussion between his mother and his friends had started he decided to leave quickly because he knew his mother very well as long as we didn't arrest her she could spend the whole day talking. On top of that it's almost time for the test so he doesn't want to hang around in the parking lot.
Sousuke: Mom Ryu Subaru and I are leaving the test will begin soon. We arrived early and it would be stupid if we showed up late.
Sakumo: Oh yes you're right So-chan excuse me.
Knowing that her son was going to leave Sakumo took her in his arms kissed her and wished her good luck. Sousuke did not expect it but he was not at all embarrassed by this gesture on the contrary he loves these parents and his sister very much and he promised himself to make them proud.
He therefore perceived this as a mark of affection and encouragement from his mother. He was really happy to have a mother like her and he felt grateful to have been the one by whom he was born into this world.
Sakumo: So-chan mom is that you are the best show everyone what you are capable of.
Talking to him she smiled and trusted her son she knew he would succeed. With a look of determination and serenity Sousuke spoke.
Sousuke: Don't worry mom. I would be the best.
Without realizing it, the behavior of Sousuke and his mother pushed the other parents to do the same. Then after saying goodbye to them, the three friends headed for the baseball stadium.
When he was on his way they were stopped by a group of 3 girls. They all wore baseball jerseys. Sousuke immediately assumed that they were the managers of the baseball club who aim to accommodate the players who come for the test. Indeed behind them were about thirty boys of their age.
Riko: Hello all three, I assume you are coming for the baseball team recruiting test. I introduce myself my name is Riko Sakimichi. Meet Sachi Kigami and Mary Takao. We are all three in second year and are in the position of manager of the club.
Sousuke: Pleased to meet you, I'm Sousuke Rin.
Subaru: My name is Subaru Fuji.
Ryu: And I am Ryu Okita.
After introducing himself and bowing slightly in respect Sachi spoke quickly
Sachi: Please indicate on this sheet your personal information, your position and how long you have been practicing and your club in college.
After filling in their information, the three friends headed to the group of boys to get changed and start the test.
Mary: They are quite tall and well built just by seeing their bodies I can tell they have been training their bodies a lot.
Sachi: Yes you are right. They are even better built than the majority of first team players. It looks good for this year.
Riko: WHAT!!!!!
Having heard the bulk of their friend Sachi and Mary both jumped.
Mary: Riko what is it why you are screaming like that?
Riko: According to their information they... they've never been to a club.
Mary and Sachi: What?!!!!
After changing the players were invited to go to the baseball field. They lined up in lines and waited for the coach to arrive. After he arrived he spoke.
Coach: Hello everyone I am the coach of Hachiya Oji my name is Kyokei Arai and the recruitment test for the first year is about to begin !
Sousuke: Subaru Ryu the time has come to write our legend.
Sousuke's sentence stimulated the two boys who started to smile with determined looks.
