Alexander returned to the banquet hall and walked straight to the buffet table, picking up a small slice of strawberry cake. He then sat at a dining table, leisurely enjoying his treat.

The hall was bustling with dozens of guests scattered across various corners, engaging in conversation. Those present were individuals of no ordinary status, hailing from major powers across the Arsen continent and representing the core of Arsen's high society.

The topics discussed by these guests, all captured by Alexander's attentive ears, revolved around slaves, wealth, beautiful women, and mutual flattery—none of which held any substantial content. 

For Alexander, this information was meaningless.

However, the trip wasn't a total waste; at least the cake was quite delightful.

"Hmph, you're already so grown up and still eating sweets," a youthful voice chimed in from behind Alexander.
