Jackson then held Nidia's hand all the way to the parking lot.

On their way there, Nidia finally got her phone back from him.

However, the price she paid for it was a 30-minute makeout session in the car.

In that half an hour, Nidia's lips had turned swollen from kissing.

After reaching home, Nidia immediately unlocked her phone. While she was in the car, Jackson had forbidden her from using the phone, insisting that it was bad for her eyes to look at her phone in the dark.

As she scrolled through her WhatsApp messages, Nidia realized that Luna had sent her a link to a news article.

Luna did not know that her phone was previously with Jackson.

The article was speculations about the female lead in Pierce's new movie, <Mountain>.

Apparently, she must be a beautiful woman with a rich and influential person as her support. In fact, it seemed like they were hinting that the mysterious person was Jackson.
