Chapter 30: Opening Day part 2
After we ate our breakfast, I along with Miu, Featherine, and Ajimu headed towards the 4th floor and assume our station, Ajimu went to the counter, and Featherine and Miu waited for the customer right beside Ajimu Lastly I went to my workshop, and started to heat the forge to be used for today if some customers want to request some repairs or upgrades.
When the time reaches 8:00 am, John along with the employees are already in their station and waiting for receiving customers.
Shinubu open the front door and walk outside, right now Shinubu was wearing the uniform of the waitress that was assigned on the first floor, the uniform is a Victorian Style maid outfit with different styles. on the other hand, the waiter was wearing a butler suit, while the chefs are using the modern style chef uniform.
The sales ladies were wearing white blouses with green lining and green skirts reaching below their knees, while the men's uniform consist of a green shirt and black pants and shoes, Shinobu dressed in a Victorian-style maid outfit walked towards the nearby flower bed and embedded the sign in the ground with a hammer and then returned inside as nothing had happened. This sign is a magic sign with runes, right now this magic sign has a large word written on it saying, "Open", these words will change based on the command received by the sign from the remote control on Shinobu and John's hands.
John who watch this scene on the 4th floor using Byakugan muttered, "The store is officially open."
Ten minutes later after the opening, Prince along with Yoko, Kinon, Ringo, Masato, and Tsukasa went to the plaza of the Babel Tower using the teleportation magic of Merlin. Prince, Yoko, Ringo, Kinon, Masato, and Tsukasa appear in a hidden alleyway near the plaza of Babel Tower.
Tsukasa and the others walk outside the alleyway arriving on the main streets that divide the city like a pizza, they walk to the lively main streets arriving at the plaza of Babel Tower after a few minutes, Tsukasa claps his hands and opens his mouth, "Ok do you best in this performance and let the people know the name of our company." All of them nodded their head with smiles on their faces, Tsukasa also smile and added, "Let's start."
Everyone moves like they already know what they are doing in advance, Ringo took out a box full of small capsules, these capsules are similar to the capsule that Bulma use in dragon ball. Ringo manages to remake this technology with the help of John's knowledge, Ringo took one of the capsules presses the button, and threw it into the wide space in front of her.
The moment the capsule touches the ground, the capsule pops out a large amount of smoke covering an 8-meter radius of the space, every adventurer nearby who sees the smoke becomes surprised and vigilant suspecting the smoke came from an enemy. After a few seconds, the smoke dissipates revealing a stage.
Every adventurer who saw this became shocked, and they all wandered where the stage came from, Prince along with the others went backstage and change their uniform into costumes, Prince wear his usual magician costume while Yoko, Kinon, and Ringo wears female magician costumes. On the other hand, Masato and Tsukasa only wear their common use clothes their suits.
After 5 minutes they are all finished preparing and Prince started the show.
Many adventurers were drawn by the stage that suddenly appear out of nowhere, and every passerby that saw the stage become confused and curious at the same time.
They are confused because they remember that there is no stage in the plaza yesterday and they all knew that the location of the stage is just a vacant space yesterday. they are also curious about who put this stage here.
The stage is still close and every people that stop here to see what's going to happen are getting larger and large until it reaches thousands.
The curtain of the stage slowly opens revealing a kid with golden hair and blue eyes wearing a magician costume, this blonde kid's identity was Prince. All the men who see him thought, [A brat]. On the other hand, almost every woman who saw Prince received critical damage from his cuteness.
Yoko and Kinon are standing beside Prince acting as Prince's assistants, Yoko on the right and Kinon on the left, the moment the men saw Yoko and Kinon they all cheered in excitement. Prince waves his hand and his body slowly floats to the sky, the audience's eyes open wide in shock they can't believe the kid can fly, even though they always see Ais Wallenstein flying around the city the impact of seeing Prince flying in front of them did not lessen.
Under the shocked gaze of the Audience, Prince smile and open his mouth.
"Welcome! Ladies and gentle I am the great magician of the Balete company, I am here to show you some Magic. Prince flicks his Finger and the sunny sky becomes cloudy and started releasing lightning.
countless bolt of lightning suddenly strikes Prince in the Air, and every adventurer closes their eye because of the blinding light, some of the female audience scream in fright. Bang! Bang! Bang!
after the lightning stops, the audience slowly opens their eye and look upward to see if Prince is still alright, but when they saw the scene the core of their being shakes to the core.
They saw Prince unharmed and still flying in the air, his clothes color changed to violet and he was holding a lightning bolt in his right hand. Prince laughed and continue his magic tricks. Prince is not using any magic he is only using illusions and thanks to Ringo's technology his illusions became more absurd and hard to distinguish.
Backstage, Tsukasa shows a smile on his face and mutter, "His enjoying the show very much," right beside him Ringo who was operating a laptop nodded her head in agreement.
In the crowd of Audience, a man is watching Prince's show with his sharp gaze like it could kill anyone, this man is a spy from the Nobel faction of Orario.
"This is interesting Balete company huh? I need to inform Lord Magnel."
On the roof of a nearby house, there is a cloaked figure standing there watching Prince's magic show, this cloaked figure came from the Mysterious organization. The cloak of this man has an enchantment that can make the wearer invisible, because of this no one saw this cloak figure.
"Balete Company huh, This will be a great company to target," The cloaked figure lick his lips and vanish from its spot, Masato look towards the spot where the cloaked figure stood earlier and thought, "They are starting to take a move huh, what a pity they will regret on targeting us." Masato can see the invincible figure of the Cloak figure using the heat sensor glasses that Ringo made, this heat sensor can even show the outline of the body and face of people under this glasses gaze.
On the counter of the fourth floor, John was sitting at the counter waiting for a customer, right beside him was Ajimu reading some manga.
John scratched his head trying to remember something, after a few minutes, "I remember now!"
Ajimu who was leisurely reading some manga becomes surprised lost her balance and falls to the ground, "Aw!"
John immediately helps Ajimu, "Are you ok?"
"why are you screaming?" Ajimu asks while holding her plump butt.
John scratched his head and replied, "I remember that I forgot to destroy the base of the mysterious organization that help Evilus."
"So what are you going to do then, go there and massacre all of them," Ajimu asks.
"No, I am sleepy to do that."
Ajimu just sigh and said, "Your thought alone is capable of destroying everything and you are still lazy about destroying a base, just use your thought and destroy it already".
John is tired from the fierce training for the past days with Jura in the true void, so John is tired right now and still did not recover, that's why he is very sleepy.
After their conversation, they both returned to wait for the customers at the counter.
