Chapter 156: Speaking of the devil

Ryan woke up feeling refreshed and looked in the mirror.

As he propped himself from a laying position to a sitting position, the cracks that were all over his skin had now completely gone.

There was no feeling of pain or the nerve-breaking headache that followed radiation depletion.

His muscles are now more defined, and he has even increased in height. That change made him doubtful, he thought he would wake up with a bit of weakness.

Instead, he felt as though he just woke up after a long session of training and never was injured to begin with.

Looking around, he was surrounded by a group of sleepy heads.

Eddie, Kevin, and Steve were sleeping on top of each other on the ground on the left side of his bed, closer to the door, while Noah slept on a chair near his head.
