Chapter 42: Strange room

The person who was scoffing was Xie Nan. Han Shuoxi was talking about Lin Xue's heart but Xie Nan felt that if Lin Xue's heart was pure then Mother Teresa was his mother!

He listened on with a bored face as the couple professed their love to each other.

Lin Ye on the other hand was holding back emotions. She could not help but look towards Lin Mufan every once in a while.

An unsettling feeling was rising sharply inside her heart and she could not help but feel a little worried about her grandfather's condition.

Chen Xi looked at her carefully, "Worried?"

Lin Ye turned around to look at him, her face clearly full of worry, "He was not like this, something definitely happened."

Her tone was always calm. Chen Xi knew that behind the calmness, there was a storm surging, "You want to do something?"

Lin Ye shook her head, what can I even do right now?"
